INFORMATION
We are pleased to offer three basic forms of Exhibitor Space for Classic Gaming Expo. Listed below you will find details regarding each type of Exhibit Space, its associated cost, and some General Exhibitor Information.
Double Booth:
- A Generous 10' X 20' Exhibit Area.
- Half-page Black & White Advertisement in the Show Program.
- Brief Company Description and Link on the Show Exhibitor Web Page.
- 4 complimentary Admission Passes for Exhibitor’s Representatives.
Single Booth:
- A Generous 10' X 10' Exhibit Area.
- Half-page Black & White Advertisement in the Show Program.
- Brief Company Description and Link on the Show Exhibitor Web Page.
- 4 complimentary Admission Passes for Exhibitor’s Representatives.
Single Table:
Notes
- Electrical Outlets
and Telephone Lines are available for an additional cost.
- All Booths have Pipe & Drape Backing and Table Skirts.
- Booth Space is on a First-Come, First-Served Basis (Payment Received).
- Vendors Must Charge & Remit Nevada State Sales Tax.
- Main Exhibit Areas are under 24 Hour Security.
- All Necessary Permits are obtained.
- Show is Fully Insured.
All items such as Banners, Equipment, etc. should be
provided by the Exhibitor.
Show Dates are Saturday, July 28th & Sunday, July 29th. Exhibitors will have
access to the Exhibit Floor all day Friday, July 27th for set-up purposes.
Special Note About Single Tables
Single tables are provided at a reduced rate to allow Classic Homebrew Software
Authors and Hardware Inventors an economical means to sell their products. As
such, Single Tables are just that, a Single 8' Table Space. There is no Pipe &
Drape or electricity provided. Electricity is available for an additional cost.
No advertising in the Show Program is provided although advertising space can be
purchased for an additional cost.
Single tables do not include admission passes. You will need to purchase general
admission passes for all attendees associated with you and your table.
Tentative Pricing for the Exhibitor Packages
Before April 30th

Shipping Information and Fees
Facilities are available for Show Exhibitors and Sponsors to ship boxes ahead of
their arrival. A handling/storage fee will apply. Exhibitors and Sponsors are
also responsible for making shipping arrangements to have their items picked up
after the show by August 13th. All items not picked up by that time
will be disposed of. Please contact the Riviera Business Services Office for
further details at 702-794-9500.
*** Please Note *** Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements for the
shipping of your items. CGE Services will in no way be responsible for the safe
storage or shipping of your items.

CGE expects each Exhibitor area to look clean and
professional as it affects the overall atmosphere of the show.
Each Exhibitor is responsible for setting up and cleaning up their Booth
area.
